In a time where things are constantly changing, be sure to keep up to date with all the COVID-19 changes.
We are officially returning to Church! We are going to be taking ample steps to keep everyone safe. As 2 Timothy 1:7 says “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.” No matter what we know we have a hope that only comes in a relationship with Jesus. We pray you have that hope and can lean on Him.
As we strive to stay healthy and wash our hands, let’s also not neglect the practice of washing one another’s feet. We have friends and neighbors who will need us, the church, to love and serve them. Let’s keep a closer eye and make sure loving and serving our neighbors is a priority in our lives. If you have a need the church can help with during this time, shoot us a message HERE and we will do our best to serve you.
Luke 6:32-38 says: If you love those who love you, what benefit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who do good to you, what benefit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. And if you lend to those from whom you expect to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, to get back the same amount. But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, for he is kind to the ungrateful and the evil. Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful. Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven; give, and it will be given to you.
We believe that God has called us to announce his love to this world. This means loving each and every person we come in contact with. When Jesus preached to the crowd in the verse above, he was quick to say that we are called to love those who are hard to love - not just the ones that love you in return. BHCC exists to do just that. Express God's unending love and mercy to those that need it the most, even when it may be the hardest.
Welcome! It is a real joy for us to meet newcomers and to tell you about all the good things God is doing in our church family. For over one hundred years now it has been our mission to lead people in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. That means that no matter where you've come from and where you are on your spiritual journey, we want to come alongside to inspire, equip and encourage you to live out a life that will bring glory to God and be a blessing to the world.
Our Sunday morning services provide an opportunity to bring all of our Small Groups together and share in a time of celebration of what God is doing in our lives. Because each of our daily routines are so different, our Sunday services are a special time to bring us all together and tell stories and struggles to the entire Bunker Hill Church so we can worship God and pray to Him for our communities.
Service Time: Sunday Mornings, at 10:00 am.
Location: 11355 East State Road 160, Salem IN - Get Directions
We believe that financial giving is a way God has called us to worship Him. Some churches tend to be shy in asking for donations to keep ministry going. We believe in absolute transparency with our finances, understanding that people in the past tend to second guess where their money goes when they give it to a church. We believe that having you see our spending will encourage you to give more, and make more of an impact in this world for the gospel.
